Most days I sit in front of my computer and think, “what could I teach others today?”
But as I’m writing this blog post I’m thinking something entirely different.
“What do I need to learn today?”
You see, I have a self-prescribed identity of being the healthy, fit, ultra-positive guy.
I believe the only real limits my body knows are the ones I give it. My physical capabilities stretch as far as I will allow them and my body is a machine that will drive itself into the vision I have for my Health and Fitness.
With each exercise, I strive to push myself just a little bit harder and expand my physical capabilities just a little bit farther.
Although these are very empowering beliefs, I recently learned that my identity can blind me to reality.
